Oral Presentations
Speakers’ Ready Spot will be located in the exhibition area. Presentations must be in PowerPoint / PDF format only (MAC or PC) in 16:9 format and saved on an USB key or external disk. All presenters within panels in Main Hall (Nikos Skalkotas Hall) must announce themselves to the AV technician in the Speakers’ Ready Spot at least 60 minutes before the scheduled session time.
Please note PBL and WORKSHOPS speakers will upload their presentation in their assigned room.

Dimensions
- The dimensions of the poster boards are 250 cm (height) × 100 cm (width).
- The area where you can place the poster is 240 cm (height) × 96 cm (width). To ensure good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 150 cm (height) × 90 cm (width).
- Posters must be prepared in Portrait style. Please DO NOT prepare a landscape poster.
- The panel is covered by a white/grey carpet. Fixing material will be available in the Posters Area.
Posters should be set up in the Poster Area from 8:00 on Thursday 26 September 2024 and must be removed by 14:00 on Saturday 28 September 2024 at the latest. Any posters remaining in the Poster Area after this time will be discarded.
Poster Walks
In addition, there will be the Poster Walks on Thursday 26 September 2024 (13:30–14:30) and on Friday 27 September 2024 (13:30–14:30), which will be short oral presentations next to the poster (participants will walk through the poster area and the presenting author of each poster will talk briefly about her/his poster). These sessions will be arranged as chaired presentations, each for max. 5 minutes (3–4 minutes for the presentation followed by 1–2 minutes of questions).
