Instructions for abstract submission
- All abstracts shall be submitted and presented in English and should include:
• Introduction
• Aim
• Methods
• Results
• Discussion
For case reports the structure should be:
• Introduction
• Case description
• Discussion
- Abstract cannot exceed a limit of 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations), the abstract has to be in plain text. Figures, graphs, images, diagrams and references cannot be included.
- Standard abbreviations do not need explanation. Otherwise abbreviations must be defined in brackets after when first used in the text.
- You can submit maximum of two abstracts.
- Please take into account that if you submit more than one abstract as a presenting author and your abstracts are selected for presentation, there may be a time schedule conflict (presentations may overlap).
- Posters will be grouped by themes. Please ensure you select the Topic that is most appropriate for your poster.
- By submitting an abstract, you confirm that at least one author will register in full to attend and present the paper at the congress.
- Authors will be notified of the acceptance/rejection of their abstract by e-mail by 31 July 2025.
- An automatically generated confirmation will be sent to the presenting author's e-mail address. If you do not receive it within an hour, first please check your spam folder and then contact us at e-mail address info@on-line-form.eu.
- If changes to your submitted abstract are necessary, please contact us by the e-mail address above at any time before the deadline. Please do not submit the abstract more times.
